The McFadden Finch Foundation operates directly out of Oakland, with a regional reach across the San Francisco Bay Area. Our offices are more than where we work—they’re where we listen, collaborate, and build alongside the communities we serve.

Our Oakland location hosts staff from all teams—including grantmaking, lending, capacity building, research, and partnerships. It’s also where we hold community meetings, workshops, trainings, and listening sessions throughout the year.
In the Community
While our main office is located in downtown Oakland, our work takes place in neighborhoods across the Bay Area. From community centers and classrooms to cultural spaces and local businesses, we meet people where they are.
We’re often present at:
