The McFadden Finch Foundation for Community Enrichment exists to uplift the voices, dreams, and efforts of Oakland’s most committed changemakers. Our work is rooted in five focus areas: community enrichment, arts and culture, youth development, education, and neighborhood revitalization.

Whether it’s launching a youth mentorship program, expanding access to the arts, or supporting neighborhood revitalization, we stand behind the people building equity from the ground up.
